There’s no denying the effect that mental health has on the physical body and that the opposite is true as well. There is no separation of mind and body. The sooner we realize this, the easier it is to make a shift towards health in either area. For some it is intense psychotherapy, while for others it is simply making the connection between how we think and how we feel that allows for healing to take place.
